All our engineers are certified to industry standard. Our on-site visits cover the entire area of London and Greater London. Our telephone covered office hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. An after-hours on-site support service for evening and weekends for queries sent via e-mail is available outside office hours.
On-site support incidents are charged at ½ hourly intervals after the first hour (minimum), with no call-out charge (excludes VAT & parts).For all our support packages there are No Monthly Charges, all you have to pay are the hourly charges. These have to be paid in advance for the Telephone and remote options and on-site for all the others, unless otherwise agreed.
